Despite consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs, there's a sense of being undervalued due to a lack of action on our concerns. With our extensive workload, including managing multiple property sites, handling calls, emails, chats, and mentoring new team members, merits a review of our compensation.
After staying in this account for almost 2 years, we've been assisting more and more customers and handling tasks that typically only Tier 2 support is responsible for. On top of that, we also play an important role in training new hires, which requires additional knowledge and leadership skills.
One or two of my colleagues are the only ones I see consistently working effectively, so it's hard for me to consider it a team effort. However, if I focus on these individuals, the positive aspect is that they consistently complete their tasks and provide updates to ensure I'm kept informed.
I like how my TL (Armille) cares about us, not just about work but also as people. However, for the rest of the leadership team, I can say that I only liked them at first but as time goes by, I can feel that they don't really care about us. They don't make efforts to retain us.
