may be a rollercoaster ride but more on the downside, cause many time I have felt that many people priorities what's good for themselves instead of the company, which made me question if are they're really fit for their position. But at the same time, made new friends, mostly with same view as mine.
a roller coaster ride and challenging
better that most companies I have been working for.
the openness to hear from the lower staffs
approachable manager and open minded teammates
free foods pack for onsite employees
free lunch and drinks and snacks
having more employee engaging activities than other companies
the idea of having to earn my salary
camaraderie of the team, and openness to each other
the willingness to listen from other's perspective and concerns.
additional onsite allowance for us
free food, having some time to learn new skills
having exciting problems to solve
approachable and willing to work with the team for accomplishment
some team mates are under skilled, less task handled but same pay.
surprised to have a 2 a month team meeting to discuss concerns and task.
challenging but honest task, payday, fair pair(based on load of task and credibility, hopefully)
50% willingness to collaborate with the rest of the team to solved or perform a task.
same pay even though I have more experience relevant to the job compare to some of my colleague.
the load of task is honestly not fair since it is in my shift that the bulk portion of production is present, therefore more responsibilities to cover, but we are paid the same throughout the team, even though other shifts are relax (honestly, some of our teammates are underperforming in their task
