Workload really doesn't match the payroll, it's like the workload requires 2 agents and suddenly compressed the work of 2 different trained agents to a single agent.

There's lots of workload on Lemon8 and the deadline is always tight, so we have to do it weekly and while on shift, it's a bit draining with having to write a different rationale every day.
Some are sharing their best work ethics, and some are not doing their job properly blatantly but acts as if they are righteous about doing it just because they can and wasn't called out for doing it repeatedly.
There are certain queues that some are not trained, and I'm trained, there are too many PBR in our account due to different queues and verticals but since I'm quite used to it, I think it's fair that those who have extra workload has more compensation.
