When there is no scheduled RTO since it lets me save money and time as an employee who lives 4-5 hours away. It makes me work extra efficient since I am not exhausted from traveling total of 8-10 hours to and from the office.
Compared to other company offering the same job, compensation is not competitive enough. Specially now that we're working onsite, most of us has to rent a house, transportation fare and everything else. The compensation alone that we are receiving is not really enough to cover everything we need.
With all the traffic we face daily, it is very exhausting the need to leave so early 2-3 hours to be not late on our shift then got home late, because of traffic also. Our well-being is somewhat at risk. To improved it, wfh do best or look for a nearer house to rent w/c costs half of our compensatio
