
Been with the company for almost 4 mos only. So far, I am learning new things and facing challenges that I have not encountered before but that what push me and strive me to work harder.
Nothing really stands out for me at the moment
the wellbeing as one of the company priority. Though I haven ever used it or reach out to any wellness coach as I dont have any issue to dealt with but helpful to hose employees who needs someone to talk to in terms of their well being issue

Since I am new, I still have that eagerness of wanting to learn things, how things work and what else could I learn and contribute to the company.
The work set up (Hybrid set up) and the food pack, That may be not a big deal for some, but that's a significant signal that company's value their people wellness and in financial aspect.
With my cluster, they are accommodating and very helpful. I thought I would feel out of place since I was hired externally as a support. I never encountered an egocentric leader within my cluster. You would feel they value you as a part of the team.
The basic compensation where the company value their people on being paid based on their level of responsibility and job description which I never had experience with my previous employer. Where I was getting paid similarly with Level 1 even though been with support group for 4yrs.
Just recently started working here, so far, I do not see or have any bad thing to say about the company. But I want to point out that when it comes to their people's safety and wellness, the company put that on the top of their priority list which I never had experience back with my previous employe
