should be adjusted bec of the inflation rate this compensation is not enough for your employee to live.
The bills that we are paying as employee are getting expensive. We cant live with this salary. Salary should increase for customer service level. This salary rate is way back 2019. With benefits they can add more free dependents and give Christmas bonus.
