
It was great! I like the environment. I am just quite disappointed because of the allocation of the leaves (VLs) my VL requests always got rejected. The Workforce always say "First come first serve and if there are allocation". I always inform them in advance but my requests always get rejected. :(

Given that I have more of a workload since I am a phone agent tickets support at the same time while my other colleagues only do tickets that are paid higher than I am.
They are the best, I go to the office motivated given that the environment in the office is light and friendly. There is competition but I can say it is a friendly competition, which is fun for our team.
