
Enshored is good, not great, not the best, but good enough for anyone looking for a decent company. In fact that there is no perfect company. Although I really wanted to point out that the company must first consult the employees before making changes to its schedule and restdays.
Good but not great. There's still so much to improve and look into when it comes to the overall distribution of workload to employees. Most of the time I even feel like it's not fair that we're being paid roughly the same but someone else is able to relax and have a breather yet I'm on the opposite.

It bothers me so much that I was upskilled 3 times (GDS,Chat,Phone) yet I don't get the any compensation/raise for it. I challenge the management team to make a consideration, especially for us who are upskilled so many times yet did not get what we deserve for so long. One word: Undercompensated.
Allowance for being upskilled. I have been on the live channel (Chat) for a long time now and it is disappointing and frustrating at the same time that I am swamped with chats every minute, not being able to take my breaks and lunch on time yet emails have the liberty to relax and adhere their break
