The Operations group is doing really great in making sure their employees are satisfied and well supported.
On top of yearly bonuses, which is a privilege tho, many companies are doing this as well, so it's not something new, but I would hope that there is an annual appraisal based on performance merits. because promotion is not feasible here when your managers refuse to give you opportunities or ack you
Operations Team - hands on and skilled. They know the processes or at least attempts to learn the process and conducts consistent check ins with their employees Training Manager - without their POCs the group would still be all over the place. unresponsive and only replies to those they like
