Overall, I'm glad to have been a part of Enshored. The company is very generous.
None that I can think of at the moment.
We greatly appreciate the daily meals and the medical insurance is superb.
A few of them are experienced managers and are effective in their jobs.
My team is composed of fun-loving people who are always ready to assist whenever they can.
Most of us are experienced Travel Agents which make it easier to seek help and work with each other.
Crossskilling needs to be more structured. A skill allowance would be great. Yearly appraisal. A retirement plan might be too much to ask.
I'm a crossskilled agent (email, chat, Phone and Manual refunds) while others are only expected to do one of those skills. There's a huge difference in terms of workload and skills required on a day by day basis yet there is no difference in pay. A skill allowance would be much appreciated.
I personally think that the company itself is very generous and has always been open to feedback. I love how there's free food and the previous medical insurance. I have also met a few of the best people in this field and have learned so much from them. I have also acquired new skills.
I would appreciate it if there was a skill allowance because, at the moment, GDS chat agents who cover and support everything are paid the same, if not less than, a support agent who is only assigned to work on train tickets. A yearly appraisal would also encourage employees to stay and look forward
The schedules change abruptly and we were never able to do an actual sched bid so regardless if we do well with our scores or not, we don't get to choose our schedule. The number of leave allocations a day can be better. There is also no concrete basis on how a vacation leave gets approved.
