The leadership team are not perfect but I know for sure they did their best
Being well compensated. My co-workers are all good and awesome, somewhat its about the pay and the management
we are not paid equally and noticing that agents with higher pay has lesser workloads than with the lower pay
The promised salary alignment is still not working. A lot of new hires with less experience than I am, get compensated well than us who had been here for so long. Yearly appraisal could also be a fantastic way to feel us valued
I was an agent who was "Upskilled" yet I am not well compensated with my additional duties. I am happy that my . coworkers had been paid well. However, I find it unfair that I am trained and worked on more task than them yet they had a higher pay than mine.
