my team manager is very amazing. he helps us a lot, he helps us in everything. management should keep him
undervalued - less salary but more work. other agents who are not working hard get higher pay. im working hard, lots of tickets, no absent but not getting paid that i deserved. i will feel valued if i have higher salary. salary allignment for everyone
whats going wrong is that the managers are pressuring us and not understanding our side. keeps changing. no yearly increase! we are expecting our managers to side us but no, they are not. they just keep informing us to follow these and that, not knowing we are so drain already!
