It's good. This is my first BPO Company. And I would say that it taught me a lot of things I didn't know in this kind of field. I'm happy for my previous TL and QA's and also to my current TL and QA's. And they give help that I need. My team is also good to work with.
They're approachable and fun to be with.
They value the wellbeing of their employee.
It compose of great people. Who believes that you can.
The best part about my compensation package is the allowances.
By challenging myself everyday to be more productive and to exert my very best.
The best thing about my co-workers is, they are outgoing. They are easy to talk to and to bond with. There's no awkwardness. We can ask or talk whatever topic, and they still answer it.
What I like about leadership teams is their ability to guide and support individuals while driving a shared vision forward. A strong leadership team fosters collaboration, sets clear goals, and provides direction that aligns with the organization's values.
The most positive aspect of the culture and environment at my company is the focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. There's a strong emphasis on creating an inclusive space where diverse ideas are welcomed, and everyone feels encouraged to contribute.
Because of the RTO set up. The new building seems like not fully furnished and ready to work with. The aircon is not working. There are times that the internet got disconnected. The comfort room has only 3 cubicle, and it's located outside.
I feel undervalued and not compensated enough because of this full rto set-up. The company discontinue the meal, internet, equipment and rto allowance. It's hard for us to budget it because we have to pay fare, parking and gas for some. Those allowances are very helpful to us.
