great experience. I got to learn and explore something new
As a newbie in the industry, enshored became my training ground and so far, it is challenging but rewarding.
At first, everything works well not until they had too much implemented policies that is somehow unnecessary to the nature of our job.
my team is united inside the workplace.
everyone is approachable and willing to help
Our company always gives us room for improvements
the actual task that i have
reaching the target score for performance
they considered wfh set ups
allowance, equipment, foodpack and transportation
everyone is transparent and friendly
the only positive is the people inside the operations
learning and exploring new things
they care and work out our performance in our job.
What I like is they are open for sincere feedback.
helping each other to have a better performances as a team
I like how they handle team performances in the nicest way they can
because we are underpaid and the sudden return to office set up removing allowances
we united us one and helping each other even in the times of doing own tasks
The best thing is we are united. My team is open for correction and approachable when someone is in need.
The advantage we are asking is to at least give the wfh setup for us, since our salary is not actually sufficient for our daily budgeting.
They are strict when it comes to the performance of the team but on the other side, they care on each and everyone's mistakes to be able to improve everything.
The policies being implemented inside our workplace is quite inconsistent and has a lot of changes that causes the agents to think of their value as a worker or employee.
