If we have disputes atleast our TM would try their best to raise it.
I think it is because I am on chat and chat agents have every pull-out time. They will only coach you if you commit an error. I think it would be better if they could rotate the chat and email support once in a while. Chat agent can rarely get out of their seats especially when it is queueing
