No pack lunch anymore also they have promised the alignment but until now we have not receive any response from them.
The reason for that is new hires is much higher salaries than the old agent. On which we already contributed alot on this company and I need the salary alignment
Needs Improvement when it comes to decision especially that you are making your effort to be on top of the bidding but they changes your schedule even if there is same tier that is at the bottom
Culture on this company is good how ever sometimes it was too toxic due to changes that sometimes it will effect right away. Changes is constant but sometimes it will give us sometimes to adjust not that it will take effect right away.
Because I can see that some of us especially new hires which is higher salary than from us who is already tenured. They inform us last year about salary alignment but until now we dont have any updates. As you are seeing many tenured agents already resigned due to that. Hope they can see that.
