increase salary for multiskilled agents or workload wise or maybe add allowance just like what you did for full time phone agents before , compared to other skills who can just freely leave their station while chat agents barely talks to their colleagues.
im not sure if this is the right section to share it but maybe add more parking allocations for agents who has car/motorcycle. or add allowance rather than paying monthly on only 3 car slots when it is 60-70% cheaper to pay for a ticket .
