When our customers are happy, I am happy. When there are issues, ie system down, search delays that are out of my control is when it get stressful.

I think that the VC plan for CSD is mostly based on selling. If you have accounts that you have had for a number of years, the opportunity to earn commissions is less than a CSD who is getting a new account.
