There are just a lot of great people who really want to do good things.
I like the Scott Staples videos and chats. Aaron is always very communicative from all the town halls and giving the best answers that he's allowed to. I've had the pleasure of working for Sharon (my direct manager) for quite a while now and have always admired how she does things.
The 401k match is less than the last company and other companies that I know colleagues at, and the benefits costs are a bit higher than others. I'm not privy to the logic behind it though so while I think it might be "unfair" a bit, I don't know the full details to compare why FADV does things.
