Communication is key for an organization this large and rather consistently we are missing key components. Applications, permissions, and other key items are altered or removed without any prior warning which delays production and causes unnecessary confusion.
The culture here feels integrated between our immediate teams. We work with each other regularly and find ways to engage with one another as well as encourage participation in events. Though again, that is strictly with our immediate teams.
My immediate peers communicate and make every effort to help where it is needed as well as understand the needs of the day to day. Without them, this workload would be impossible to overcome. I have nothing but respect for each of them.
I feel that the demands of the workload far outweigh the actual compensation. It is as though I am doing the work of 3 people and only receiving compensation for 1. Not to mention the hours needed to just to get by day to day on salaried work tends to feel like robbery of my own time/value.
300 letters is far too small a restriction to convey exactly what is going wrong, but if I had to sum it up communication and lack of care for the product over profit are things that I believe are wrong and as for how to fix it we need to communicate and care about what it is we are providing.
