We have a teams group that is an open forum to ask questions and learn from each other. Having support knowing others challenges and struggles with the job.
Everyone seems to have too much on their plates. Exteremly difficult to get resolutions and responses on matters. No one wants to take ownership and I feel often time it's because they do not know how to handle or where to go for the answer.
I am a long-term top performer, yet receive similar pay to new hires. Customer Care titles are underrated for the job expectations. Unattainable goals/expectations. Seems the company will find any excuse not to give a raise or bare minimum. Past years haven't even been the cost of living
