
I just like the educational reimbursement program. It is difficult to request PTO. Low compensation.
Sudden changes need to be studied and polished before implementing it. It's frustrating for us that we just need to adapt fast to them even though there are no clear instructions and lack of communications to the upper management.
I'm not happy, I just need to work to pay for our bills, my daughter's education and to survive everyday especially now that there is war in other side of the world, the prices of good will increase because of the rise in oil prices.
Low compensation. I am already 4 years here in the company, but my salary is still low, the basic is still like the basic salary 10 years ago, last year my merit increase was 3.8 percent. The management making us micromanage task but still underpaid.
