New flavors/products are poorly conceived. Customers often express disbelief that anyone would approve the latest flavor combo. When it inevitably fails, blame is placed on the frontline for "lack of execution."
Low morale is not conducive to a quality work environment. No one feels heard or appreciated. A management team that treats us like human beings rather than beasts of burden would go a long way toward improving the environment.
Sales forecasts rise far beyond market growth, reducing my take home pay. So while my "base" pay and salea increase every year, my income steadily declines. More stops are added on to my route but then I get reprimanded for my hours increasing. It would help if expectations were realistic.
