Company does not care about it's employees or their family. Over the last 10 years it gets worse every year, from theft of pay and hours stolen from family. We consistently grow and run our routes efficiently but the get screwed with route changes that get worse every time.

Volume of products being pushed onto employees is overwhelming. Product cuts without an offset to plan numbers makes you want to just give up.

They base off of a fabricated plan number instead of previous year sales. Randomly screw people's numbers based off nothing reliable except to keep people pay in a certain range.
