We do not receive raises consistent with the rising cost of living. We also do not receive raises based on quality of work.
Supervisors should be getting cost of living and merit raises. Their subordinates shouldn't be getting paid nearly the same amount. FSA should value their current employees and current employees should have preference over outside candidates for promotions.
There needs to be more commitment to the employees when rebidding the contract. Actual cost of living raises, consistent with the federal government, need to be included. There needs to be more incentive for longevity with the company.
