I feel my position with FSA has been very rewarding!

I enjoy working at FSA and really like reporting to Regional Director Barbra Roach.

I only participate in the VSP Vision Plan with FSA.

The people I work with who are employed by FSA and DEA.

My Team supports each other and always works together on assignments relating to the Asset Forfeiture Program.

I think majority of them with the exception of a few employees are team players and support each other!

FSA works extremely well and close with the customer. We are one Team working to get the job completed!

The yearly salary and yearly bonuses. It is always nice to receive a bonus recognizing your dedication and hard work throughout the year.

Interacting with the members of my team. We work hard but we also have time to laugh about little things whether they are work related or non-work related. My team is really outstanding!

I am very involved in the hiring of applicants joining my team. I have a fantastic team that gets along and works very well together. The customer has been very complimentary when it pertains to my team.

Getting the Job completed and producing an error free work product for the Customer. I am all about myself and my TEAM giving 150% in everything we work on and the work product we produce by our TEAM.

We all get along and work well together. Most of us have known each other for over 20 years. We each know what is expected of each other when it comes to a good team, and getting the job done.

I think transparency and supporting the employees to instill a sense of belonging and inclusion in the TEAM. This is fostered through clear communication, and valuing employee contributions by my leadership team. I am all about investing in employee development and well-being in the work place.

Barbra Roach is absolutely incredible! She always makes herself available when I need to discuss something with her regarding work. She is always supportive and most importantly she is a good listener! FSA is very fortunate to have Barbra Roach as part of their leader team.
