It's been very positive. Very nice work environment, fair compensation, flexibility on work-life balance, dedicated co-workers. Upward mobility is hard to assess since I just started four months ago.

My "team" is really not my FSA team but my USAO team. Everyone is easy to get along with and my manager sets clear expectations without overreaching from a micro-management perspective.

I think they understand that we are contractors and as such our primary responsibility is to our client. I think FSA had done a good job limiting the administrative burden to the extent reasonably practicable.
