The DEA employees, for the most part, are a good team to work with
Being busy for the full 8 hours. Having groups that I can ask questions
communication is key. the current FSA co-worker does not take communication or direction well
Schedule flexibility. The whole idea of having to use leave if the office closes is absolutely unrealistic. And the idea to work in the office with a GS present is unrealistic too. They are not always in the office due to working in the field, training, etc., so this is an unrealistic goal.
