My experience overall has been satisfying. I'm not sure if there is much more that I could have asked for or become. It has been challenging at times and then there were times when I questioned if this is the place for me. But when it's all said and done, I'm happy to be apart of the FSA family.
EAP Program and benefits are pretty good.
Medical, not sure how people get along without it.
The bond that I have built with employees and the customer.
The open communication and the transparency when if comes to the company's vision.
The relationships with my employees. Everyone feels comfortable with sharing conversation's with each other.
We are just that, a team. Everyone works well together and care about each other.
The fellowship. and to hear from the executive staff what their vision is going forward for FSA
I enjoy that not matter what a counter part's title, you never feel like you beneath them.
The weekly meetings that keeps us informed in what's is happening. It keeps us ahead of the curve.
I really like the HSA plan. This option has help me to payoff some of the higher medical bills.
I enjoy the people. Sometimes I feel a little burned out, but it's never a dull moment with my counterparts.
In our office it's hard to know who's a contactor and who is a government employee. Everyone is treated the same.
They are always will to assist with questions I may have. everyone is always pleasant and I have developed some great friendships and prayer partners.
Most days I enjoy coming to work, there are days when I am not looking forward to being here. But the people here makes it worth while.
We are able to call on each other for assistance and advise even those we are not in the same location. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the program and is willing to assist in anyway.
