My overall experience with the company has been positive. It gets better year after year and I look forward to the future of the company. I'm excited to see what incentives and benefits for the employees in the future.
FSA is a good company to work for. However they need to increase benefits and pay to their 15 years and up loyal employees. Longevity and Loyalty doesn't seem to matter to FSA .
everyone is polite, engaging, and friendly.
They are consistent and try to improve year after year.
the work I do and the people I work with.
They are always available to communicate and available to discuss problems with
The people that i work with and the work that i do
most of them are team players and jump in at a moments notice
they are team players, they care about each other, the take pride in their work.
when im reminded that the work we do if for the benefit of the victims.
We work as a team and look out for each other. There is respect amongst us.
That we are all working towards one goal and on one team. We all look out for each other.
The people we work with are very nice, generous, fair. The nature of the job its very rewarding. I believe in the mission of the job.
they are excited about the companies future, they believe in the employees, they have good ideas on where and how to take the company to the next level.
I bring many years of experience, knowledge and talent, however i am not compensated any of that. There is a salary range for my position, which i do not think is fair. I should be compensated not based on a range, i should be compensated based on my experience and work.
I have been with the company a very long time and my pay and vacation time does not reflect that. The company does not value or appreciate long term employees. Someone who has been with the company over 25 years gets the same vacation time as someone who has been with the company 15 years.
i have been with the company since it started and in my position for almost 3 decades, my pay increases do not reflect the amount of years i work here, or the amount of work I do. Additionally the company does not give any incentives after 15 years to stay. Vacation max's out at 5 weeks after 15yrs.
