Approachable, considerate, and also great mentors.
Everyone I have interacted with at FSA has been personable and relatable. Both Corporate and Field Supervisors are approachable and folks you can have personal conversations with. You are able to raise concerns and know that they will be acted on.
From my experience, the leadership team, field supervisors to our C-Suite, care about their direct reports. They want growth in education, experience, professional development and positions/career growth. They speak up for their people to subs, gov, and FSA executives. Always advocating for them.
The most positive to me is the mental health focus of the organization. The corporate folks try to prioritize the amount of hours folks put in a day/week. Truly putting home life and work life balance first. Hopefully this is embodied and empowered by all of the corporate and field supervisors.
Multiple factors make me happy at work. The mission FSA supports. Being able to be a part of the impact to society and victims who have been wronged. Another factor would be the people I get to work with. If you don't enjoy your peers, it is hard to get excited to go to work.
