My experience has been that we lose alot of people because of how they are treated by the clients. I do not feel FSA does enough to step in. If FSA allows a particular perk and the FSA manager is ok with it - the client shouldnt take it away. need to treat long time employees better

Yes. If there was yearly pay increases as the cost of living is doubled and we have not got any rises. Also, being able to make up time - we used to but our govt client took away. The ability to work from home. And more perks or incentives for being a long time employee.
