While my tenure with FSA is short, I see the direct similarities with the subcontractor I came from. I've enjoyed my experience with both. There is a good balance of freedom and support from leadership, a competitive benefits package, and a good blended environment working directly with the customer

I like it when I can complete my work ahead of the deadline. There is a sense of accomplishment in knowing that I am doing my part, and with timeliness.
