This is good company with a positive outlook. The recent restructuring can impact negatively the mood.. Company should invest more in the office ergonomic. The flexible working hours and offices are a great advantage. The wages should be revisited at least in my country due to high inflation.

They are all individuals and open for challenges, but also can work well together as one team.

The salary raise does not follow / compensate the last years of inflation in the country. The purchase power of the wage has drastically reduced and the accommodation / food prices are increased. Also the office environment (eg adjustable desk high) is very limited).
