I would appreciate country specific inflation rates when it comes to compensation. Sadly not all the countries are on the same level with the salary base and benefits, inflation rates also differ so even if on a global level it might seem like a fair compensation, locally might not be enough.
which leadership team? - the direct one or the highest up? I'm satisfied with the COE, CFO, and all related roles work, I think they provide enough in their roles. In my direct leardership role, I start to question the transparency more and more, and sadly do not agree with some org. decisions.
