I am remote, so I don't really participate in the culture at the office.
Making decisions that benefit the employees, not just investors. The quality of life isn't really there anymore.
My team seems to be largely on the same page and always looking to maintain a standard of quality.
I appreciate my department, but I get the sense that upper management have stopped caring so much about the lower tier employees. It's not hard to come to work, I like the job, but I feel like they care less about us than they once did.
We don't get raises. That feels ridiculous. Sure, there is a bonus plan, but you can make SO much less from one year to the next, it's like just taking a pay cut year after year. But, we get bonus pay, so it's fine, right? No.
