
Overall, the pay is probably the best part of my compensation, but I am glad that the company acknowledges other important areas to be competitive such as in health benefits, company credits, etc.
My team is always there for me when I have questions, and always there for me to help celebrate a win. We are collaborative in almost every single effort, and it shows in what we are able to achieve.
Being supported to try and grow in new areas. By recognizing the absolute need for constant growth, as well as incorporating plans to achieve that in our sprints, means that I can come to work and expect to be challenged but also supported.
The Leadership Team seems to collaborate well amongst themselves, and communicate their vision pretty transparently downward. They seem to find a reasonable balance between all parties concerned, such as business, engineering, product, etc. I also feel that they are approachable if I have questions.
The company inspires people to join their Treks, as well as encourages thinking about the impact we are having on the environment and the technological markets involved. All of these things add meaning and purpose to the daily tasks at hand. Individuals are also celebrated for their wins.
