IT has been very good. The support and the experience are excellent. The transparency is refreshing and the access to individuals to discuss issues and questions is fantastic. Upward mobility is a bit strained but understandably. When positions open we are made aware but are not necessarily prepared
I feel it is competitive
The comradery and collective knowledge.
The transparency and communication. They provide feedback and are receptive to it.
We are focused and available. It's not always work-related discussions, we can banter and have some levity.
Support. Coworkers. I have referred a few people that have joined our team and it's nice to have personal friendships.
Although we are different departments in the same space we do interact. So, the socializing and knowledge/ experience is excellent. Professional and personal.
The pay is fair, and the new bonus structure is good. But could be better of course. The paradigm is more attainable. The pay out fair.
Thier availability and presence. We know who they are and are able to interact with them. Most places we see suits walk by. Here they know our names and what to engage with us.
The work is relatively reputative but interesting. I feel it is the people and information. I am new, 7 months, and there is still a lot to learn and its been great. Being in office I enjoy the banter and people. We break up the monotony and the stresses.
This is an interesting questions. When in office and at home I am able to interact with people. I feel I have a valid voice and we can discuss a number of topics and opinions. Both work related and relative personal topics. People are interested in you as a person.
