I have nothing but good things to say about the company, it's home away from home. It's not work, it's doing what I love and getting paid to do it.
Effort in, effort out. We determine our own success.
The inclusiveness, it's not driven for one person or one department or one team.
They don't just lead, they support, they provide, they listen, and most importantly, they genuinely care.
You get out what you put into it. There are no handouts - it is beyond fair
The willingness from anyone to help anyone else out from the team if they need help, love my team.
Everyone on my team has the desire and willingness to help each other out. Sometimes it takes a village, and we have that and more.
The leadership team does a fantastic job to be malleable with what is needed to ensure proper office culture, always engaging and updating to the employee's needs/wants
Being able to come in and do what I love, talking with people, math; having an energetic and professional work area; being supported at all levels from our leadership teams.
Being able to walk out the door feeling like I gave it my all that day, as previously stated, we determine our own success. Feeling accomplished at the end of the day is a wonderful thing.
The desire for them to see us succeed does not go unnoticed, we have so many tools, trainings, guides, etc. at our disposal, on top of continued verbal expression from our leaders that they want us to succeed and grow. All the tools are there, failure is therein determined by the individual.
