
I love the company! I like my manager. I like that GoodLeap advocates for work / life balance. I wish that the 401K matching was fixed and not dependent on company profit. The PTO and holiday benefits need to be increased! The Guardian eye care and dental care coverage is very poor!

The leadership team is transparent. They engage employees in dialogue about the company strategy, business inititives, and future state. They are a really bright group of leaders, andI learn something everytime that I interact with them. The execs are approachable and down to earth.
In 2022, there was no employer match to my 401K, and the paid time of allowance is very marginal. These two peices of compensation are completely NON-competitive with technology companies. Additionally, I am accoustomed to having 2 to 3 additional paid holidays than what GoodLeap provides.
Paid Time Off is just two weeks / year, which is not competitive with other technology companies. (Sick Leave is available. ) Fewer paid holidays than most companies. 401K and Paid Time Off accrual does not kick-in until employee has been at the company for 90 days. Poor dental insurance.
