My overall experience has been great. One of the challenges is that I was not paid my referral bonus even though everyone knew I referred the employee. If a referral has left off an employee in the past when applying they were still paid out.
Overall I really like the company. The executive and senior leadership need to have leadership and people training
comradery, engaging. helpful, knowledge of the procedures
the tone that is set by the department
Working from home, able to focus
base and bonus are competitive
I am able to create my own team environment
Working from home and overall it is a good company
Helping my employees succeed and seeing the outcome. Mentoring
I have not met the CEO but have heard great things
I have the ability to run my team and retain my team
People and seeing success. the fact that I have had a play in promotions.
I get to run my team to be successful and they love to have fun!
Top tiered leadership need basic leadership training. They need to know how to have compassion and empathy and really care about people as people, not as numbers
Get to know midlevel managers. I have never worked in a company where the senior management is so absent and not in tuned to what their managers are going through, Insanity!
My direct leader needs to take a leadership class. No people skills, no compliments and admits they refuse to hand out compliments. A leadership/management course would do them a world of good.
Because I bust my butt and go above and beyond EVERY SINGLE day regardless of what is happening in my personal life. I have never missed work and do so much that other departments reach out to me specifically (which my boss hates) because they know I will get it done.
Senior leadership needs to be given leadership courses. Promoting people based off of longevity is awful and that has clearly happened. My leader is so absent. Care. Ask Questions. Just because I do a great job does not mean I want a manager who does not care about me,
