I can relate to some of my coworkers the one's in the same position as me as we can share how we are treated and how not everything is consistent across the board. The fact that there is favortism.
LOs are babied and catered to. Files are not set-up correctly by them and once they pipe they are mainly gone from the process. The amount of documents requested and times of contact. UW is absolutely terrible with the remote UWs. Feels like UW is trying to do everything they can to not approve file
Not caring only about production/numbers period. I have a to do list to get done daily. It doesn't what or how much is on the list but I have to get it done period. No real care about work/life balance. Increase pay, pay OT and relook at Bonus structure. Have some consistency and not cater/baby LOs.
Pay OT, higher base and not so much of a bonus structure. No 401k match. Benefits are okay. No pay raises. There are consistent meetings at how company has record numbers but our pay never changes. There are jobs that do less technical work than I do but they get paid the same hourly makes no sense
