Our compensation philosophy allows employees the flexibility to choose the financial benefits that work best for them. For example, employees can choose to receive their annual bonus in the form of cash, stock, or a combination of both.

The compensation package at Guidewire is at or above market. Additionally the multiple components of our compensation allow us, as employees, to make decisions about how compensation works for us. We have the flexibility to choose between cash compensation or stock grants components each year.
