My team is generally high quality. There are some outliers and more time and capacity from managers to lean into counseling low performers would be helpful.
Our culture is fairly vanilla and bland as compared to other tech companies. While we emphasize culture and have buzzwords for it I am unsure how it is consistently implemented or understood.
While equity is a bit variable because of the markets, it is a deciding factor in joining the company. There haven't been adequate top ups that would bring my market rate back in line with other opportunities.
