The right balance of base pay, bonus and equity. We get paid weekly and bonuses get paid out monthly - which is great for cash flow!

The way my boss treats, values and respects me, giving me opportunities and feedback to grow constantly. Also, open and active from others on my team helps me constantly improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very current, interactive and real. Information is rarely siloed. We never hide anything that should be public knowlege and as a result, innovation and initiative can spring up from any corner of the company - which is wonderful to see.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are wicked smart, but humble and open to feedback. They are practical, respect each other and are biased toward action. There is a high tolerance to fail fast and own your failures so we can learn and grow as a team. I have full confidence in doing great things with this leadership team!
