I feel like we are often compared to the "average" person in our community or in similar roles as ours. Malouf does not consider itself an "average" company and I think the employees that contribute to Malouf on a daily basis should not be considered average either.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts about our compensation. We agree that the employees at Malouf are above average. The strategic design of our perks and benefits, as you have mentioned, isn’t average either. We'll try to keep that perspective in mind.
