My manager and his boss and his boss are not someone who I would recommend in a management position. Mike is the most manilpulative manager I have ever had. He doesn't care about the employees. I feel like I am not able to go to anyone except HR with my problems. Very bad work situation.

More Compensation. We are very underpaid, which makes me not want to try as hard as I can.
