What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Honestly it just started becoming positive in the past 2 weeks... it was a very bad negative energy ending of 2017 with our big move you our new location.. it was horrible .. but slowly we worked together and altering to make a better positive environment

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They are ok and I’m not saying they are doing a bad job!..but there is times where I feel like they should look at themselves more as mentors helping us grow and being real leaders by helping us become a version of ourselves.. also by letting us be more involved

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I remember being so happy to go to work everyday just the motivation of the commission and everything for the 1st time it wa as cool experience but then as a part time i was starting to notice it still wasn’t enough specially at minimum wage.. honestly commission barely had an effect..

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I just feel like I put in the same work as a full time even better sometimes .. And I should get the chance to be a FUll time with equity pay.. specially with the new tier system of commission . I mean yes it can Bree a good thing! But ofcourse it has it’s bads as well..
