This is, hands down, the best company I have ever worked for. I have worked in IT for nearly 30 years. Never have I felt as valued, and loved, as I do at Ministry Brands.
Great experience, as far as the teams I have been on. Very helpful and family-like. However, getting what I need from the IT team has been a challenge to say the least. Very difficult to get results from them when a customer is waiting and waiting.
It has been great. Most companies I have worked for have been cut-throat. Everyone wanting to put you down to get ahead of you. I do not have that feeling around here.
Helping churches grow and working with the team I work with.
The job and working with churches to help them in their mission
We are in it together to see out customers and each other succeed.
The pay is good. Possibly could be a little better. Benefits are good.
My manager is the best manager I have ever had at any position I have worked at.
Leadership here does seem to really care about the employees, their well being, and their career development.
Completing projects and helping customers get the answers they need. Teaching them how to use the products.
Good people. Here to help you succeed, not stab you in the back for their own personal gain.
The coworkers and our desire to see each other succeed. Everyone's willingness to help each other when needed.
For the most part, they tend to make me feel like a valuable person and not a number or just a worker.
Doing Kingdom work. Helping churches take care of their daily business so they can go out and do the Lord's work.
Not ones to talk down to employees. Makes you feel like they are in it with you, no matter what you are working on.
All of us in my department are pulling together to help each other succeed. Always willing to help and teach new things to each other.
My pay is definitely on the low end of the pay scale for my position in the industry. I've had excellent reviews and no issues, yet the pay has not reflected this.
Everyone here is more than willing to help each other out. There is no competition between employees to try and outdo each other. Everyone works together with each others good and the customers good in mind.
Unlike other positions I have worked, everyone here seems to have a desire to help each other succeed. Nobody is "throwing you under the bus." We all work together and want to see each other and the company excel.
Again, everyone works so well together and wants to see each other succeed and do better. It is a breath of fresh air to work with people that want to lift you up all the time and not tear you down.
Again, everyone wants everyone else to succeed and be the best they can in their position. Also, managers seem very happy to see an employee be promoted out of their department into something bigger and better for them, even if it leaves their department short.
For my position, I am paid in the lowest 10% of people in the same position in other companies across the state of Tennessee. I feel we should at least be closer to the average pay. The very small pay increase for this coming year, even with a great employee review, is disheartening.
