Working from home is pleasant and I appreciate that there are myriad resources for any issue I may be having as an employee.
My team is always looking for ways to help one another and support each other through the unrealistic and shortsighted goals that management puts onto us. We are all in it together.
You may show up to work one morning and find that an entirely new process is being implemented with little warning and little reason. There's a lack of consistency when higher-ups execute ambitious ideas without fully thinking through how the process affects employees and customers alike.
Healthy and logical ambitions. In the last year, management has executed a variety of campaigns that were launched suddenly with poor execution. This is not beneficial for the employees that do not have a clear view of what is expected of them, or the customers they are trying to guide.
If Ministry Brands can afford to acquire many ChMS brands and then consolidate them into this Unity project (which seems to only further muddy the waters, by the way) then they should also be able to pay employees a true, competitive, living wage. Benefits are so expensive, they take half my check.
